Public comments on the draft plan  (July–August, 2021)

The public comment period for the draft Piedmont Safer Streets plan closed on Monday, August 23. We received almost 50 comments. All the comments will be posted on the Documents page of this website by early September 2021.

Online survey and pinnable map  (January 3, 2021)

The survey and map closed on January 3, 2021. We received 338 survey responses and 343 comments on the map. A report listing all the comments and summarizing the key issues and themes raised by the public is available on the Documents page of this website.

Community workshop  (December 9, 2020)

The community workshop (held on Zoom) included a presentation on progress made in implementing the 2014 plan and featured a lively community discussion on future directions. Click here to view the recorded meeting.

Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee

The Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) was appointed by the City Council to help guide the development and implementation of the Piedmont Safer Streets Plan. Click here for more information about the PBAC, including meeting dates and agendas.
